At Take5 Pizza, we are committed to providing you with delicious food and a satisfying dining experience. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Returns & Complaints

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the food has been delivered, picked up, or consumed. However, if there is an issue with the quality, accuracy, or condition of your order, please contact us within 1 hour of receiving your food.

We may offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Missing items from your order

  • Food delivered in poor condition (e.g., burnt, undercooked, or spilled)

  • Undelivered orders that have been confirmed and paid

To process your complaint efficiently, please:

  • Provide your order number

  • Share a clear photo of the item(s) in question

  • Describe the issue in detail

2. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your complaint is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds may also be issued as store credit or a voucher, depending on the situation and your preference.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in these cases:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party delivery services

  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Orders that have been tampered with or partially eaten


4. Modifications & Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 5 minutes of placing an online order. After this window, your order may already be in preparation and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
